The Immunity Kick Shot Recipe

If you’re anti-flu shots and want a recipe to keep your immune system kicking, this is the perfect recipe. I make this Immunity Kick Shot at the first signs of a cold or flu or to boost the detoxification process after a heavy workout. Turmeric is an excellent anti-inflammatory so I also make this shot if I feel bloated, I’m injured, have cramps or I feel a headache coming on.

Serving: 4 servings

Ingredients:

4 inches fresh turmeric
4 inches fresh ginger
2 oranges (or one grapefruit)
4 garlic cloves
Dash of pepper

Instructions:

Wash and scrub turmeric and ginger. Prep all ingredients for the juicer. Run each ingredient through the juicer. Stir the juice and then serve one shot glass per person. Typical shot glasses are 1.5 oz.

It’s best to consume this shot within moments of making it but if you’re making it for just yourself you can keep this in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. You can also freeze an extra shot to have on hand without losing its potency.  It’s also important to use organic ingredients for maximum nutritional benefits and potency of this medicine.
