Organic Mint Tea Recipe
This is an excellent after-dinner herbal tea that we make often. Mint is an easy herb to grow indoors, on your patio, or in an herb garden. You don’t want to plant mint in your vegetable garden because it can take over the entire space. We grow it in our herb garden and it comes back stronger every year.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 15 freshly picked organic peppermint leaves
- Sweeten with raw manuka honey, maple syrup or stevia
Bring water to 170 degrees and steep fresh mint leaves in the water for 5 to 7 minutes.
