Organic Slow-Cooker Beans

3 cups of organic beans

3 tablespoons organic chili powder

1 tablespoon organic chipotle

1 tablespoon organic coriander

1 tablespoon organic cumin

1-2 tablespoons Himalayan salt

½ tablespoon organic ground pepper

¼ tablespoon organic cayenne


  • Rinse beans
  • Place in large bowl and cover it with water
  • Soak beans overnight
  • Rinse beans
  • Put in a slow cooker
  • Cover beans with one inch of filtered or spring water
  • Turn slow cooker to high
  • Add spices
  • Cook until beans are tender. Typically this takes 4-5 hours depending on your slow-cooker.
