Organic Slow-Cooker Beans

Ingredients:
3 cups of organic beans
3 tablespoons organic chili powder
1 tablespoon organic chipotle
1 tablespoon organic coriander
1 tablespoon organic cumin
1-2 tablespoons Himalayan salt
½ tablespoon organic ground pepper
¼ tablespoon organic cayenne
Instructions:
- Rinse beans
- Place in large bowl and cover it with water
- Soak beans overnight
- Rinse beans
- Put in a slow cooker
- Cover beans with one inch of filtered or spring water
- Turn slow cooker to high
- Add spices
- Cook until beans are tender. Typically this takes 4-5 hours depending on your slow-cooker.
