Organic Cucumber & Mint Raita

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon organic cumin seeds

1 red organic onion cut in crescents

2 cups plain organic yogurt

2 teaspoons finely chopped organic mint

¼ teaspoon himilayan salt

¼ teaspoon organic paprika

2 organic cucumbers

 

Instructions:

Toast the cumin seeds lightly in a dry frying pan. Mash slightly with a spoon. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Served chilled alongside your favorite spicy Indian dishes.
