Organic Mango Lassi

1 cup chilled organic plain whole milk yoghurt
Pinch of ground organic cardamom, or to taste
1/4- 1/2 cup of organic milk* (or organic apple juice if your mangos are not sweet)
1 very ripe alphonso or honey organic mango
Ice optional
Organic lime squeeze optional
Instructions:
Peel the mango,scoop all flesh into a blender. Add yoghurt, cardamom, ice, lime and milk/juice.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
*Use more liquid if you don’t like your lassi to be too thick.
