Recipe: Organic Superfood Parfait

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cool Time: 4 hours for vegan option, 0 for dairy option

Total Time: 5 minutes for dairy option, 4 hours and 5 minutes for vegan

Serving: 1 serving



1 1/3 cup of organic greek yogurt. Vegan substitute organic nut milk or coconut milk

1 ½ tablespoon organic whole chia seeds

½ cup organic blueberries

½ cup organic blackberries, raspberries, strawberries

½ cup organic fresh mandarins

1/3 cup pomegranate seeds

¼ cup organic golden berries or goji berries

1/3 cup organic pumpkin or sunflower seeds

1/3 cup organic crushed walnuts or nut of choice


Rinse and cut all fresh fruit to desired bite-sized morsels and place in a medium sized bowl or if serving later, a mason jar works perfectly. Add remaining ingredients and stir until all ingredients are covered with yogurt. For the vegan option you’ll want to place the ingredients in a container and refrigerate for four hours or overnight. This will make your chia and nut milk turn into a custard like coating on your fruit.
